A 1 hour bespoke counselling session.
I am here to support you in cultivating a relationship to your body. Together we make a journey of inhabiting the body and getting to know what is our natural, authentic life-force, the force behind the extraneous, conditioned impulses and behavior. I offer the space and tools to cultivate and sustain this connection to your most alive state. I support you in balancing a lifestyle of mind, body & spirit.
The cost is for an hour of my time. You have the choice of using it in various ways: to have a call with me, to meet face to face, or to learn touch, massage and intimacy related skills from me.
