Raisa is a Coach, Massage therapist and a teacher working with clients inspiring Embodied Courage, which entails shedding our conditioning, strengthening and embodying our values of love, honesty, curiosity, relaxation, focus and directional clarity. She uses healing energy work, rooted in Taoist tools and Chinese Therapeutic massage (Tui-Na) to restore connection to our bodies. Her focus is on conscious relationship, presence practice, feminine and masculine polarity. She is based in South Devon, UK, and works with clients internationally, both in person and online.
