Holistic Treatment (2h)
This session last 2 hours.
The session's goal is to use Tui Na, a Chinese Classical Medicine form of massage, to encounter and release that which is blocking life energy within your body/mind/spirit matrix.
I work slowly, deeply and in-tune to your nervous-system. Besides a quality deep tissue massage this is a safe container for you to allow a variety of emotions to surface ranging from grief to rage. Joyful states are also very welcome! These treatments will help you to release stress, burdensome emotion, negative memories & beliefs. The bodywork treats to also overcome: self-hatred, low self-esteem, depression, addiction, body image issues, numbness (disconnection to the body and it’s senses) & trauma.
I will be working with the modality of Tui Na, Chinese Therapeutic massage. This is a very old massage modality focusing on the sinew channels of your body and the obstructions you may have in any of these channels. Be aware that this is a trauma-informed therapeutic bodywork that focuses on nervous-system regulation. My aim is to meet the layers of your body and invite you to meet these layers too, rather than push through/any resistance your body may have. Even the areas that are fighting, clenching and hard need to be met rather than forced into submission. Rather than using force and a routine massage procedure to change tension, we are interested in meeting your body in the state it is now and saying hello. The body wants to be met. The key here is to bring compassion and curiosity to everything we meet.

A Body Pilgrimage (3h)
This session last 3 hours and is designed with the aim to get to know our bodies better and what lies within us.
The session's goal is to use Tui Na, a Chinese Classical Medicine form of massage, to encounter and release that which is blocking life energy within your body/mind/spirit matrix. In this treatment we also explore Taoist tools such as breathwork, Chi- Gong, and forms of meditation that support sensitization, relaxation, grounding and focus.
The intention here is to work slowly, deeply and in-tune to your nervous-system. Besides this being a medical form of Chinese massage working to release the obstructions in the body, this session is also a safe container for you to allow a variety of emotions to surface ranging from grief to rage. A self-discovery journey (4h)
A Self-discovery session is a spacious container for us to have a more creative and bespoke session in which we explore your intentions and take our time to go slow. This session generally consists of a 3h massage treatment and a one hour of talking and exploring Daoist meditation principles. The content and structure of the exploration would depend on the needs and curiosities of the client.
This work can be deeply tender and can be a vulnerable terrain. Ideally, we work towards this slowly and build trust between us so that you feel in safe hands to travel deep into the emotional and possibly uncomfortable areas of yourself.
