This work is for connecting to our primal life-force – our sexuality  - taking time to intimately and safely explore our sexuality .

When was the last time you thought of or felt your womb – the centre of your creative energy? Or your ovaries? Do you know how they are now? Each woman has her unique flavor and expression of her sexuality. Here we are learning to honor our sexual force just the way it is. It is time to give up comparing  ourselves to others, it is time to let go off supressing this vital force, judging it or using it to manipulate others with. This work can be gentle and it can be very strong and deep.
